If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided. However, we understand that emergencies can occur, and we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
